- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Drive bancassurance product sales including life insurance, investments, and retirement plans
- Collaborate with banking partners to ensure seamless service delivery

- Meet/exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate client documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in financial services/insurance
- Valid OJK certification (Sertifikat Wirausaha) required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of bancassurance products and regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
