Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to promote Sun Life's insurance products
- Identify and approach potential clients to introduce bancassurance products
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the client journey
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
- Prepare and submit accurate sales documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
- Previous experience in sales, banking, or insurance is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications and sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
