Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell bancassurance products (life, health, property insurance) to bank customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and management
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic customer engagement and product recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to address customer needs
- Complete accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in banking, insurance, or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in English and local dialects (e.g., Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Bisaya)
- Strong understanding of financial products and customer psychology
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with bank partners
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations (Metro Manila, Dumaguete, Davao, Cebu)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
