- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners in Salatiga region
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Sun Life insurance solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective product presentations
- Conduct financial needs analysis for bank customers
- Complete all documentation and compliance requirements
- Participate in regular product training and sales meetings
- Build and manage a sustainable client portfolio
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree from any accredited institution
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work with targets in a commission-based environment
- Validated BPKP certification (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Resident of Salatiga or surrounding areas
