Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and their customers
- Promote and sell Sun Life's bancassurance products (insurance, investments, savings)
- Conduct financial needs analysis for bank customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide product knowledge training to bank staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial products
- Target-driven with proven sales ability
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid working permit if applicable
