As a Bancassurance Advisor, you will act as a key bridge between Sun Life and our partner banks. Your primary focus will be on developing tailored marketing strategies and executing sales initiatives that resonate with bank customers. We are seeking a results-oriented professional who excels in relationship building and possesses a deep understanding of the financial services landscape. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for Sun Life products through the bancassurance channel to maximize market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and bank staff to ensure high product visibility and accessibility.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and educational workshops for bank employees to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing customer needs and matching them with appropriate Sun Life solutions.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade potential clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
