Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with bank branches to promote bancassurance products
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance/investment solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective product presentations and consultations
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in financial services or insurance
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid banking or financial services certification is advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is beneficial
