- Develop and implement bancassurance sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Manage and mentor sales teams to drive performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in bancassurance or financial sales management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Deep knowledge of insurance and financial products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Mimaropa region market preferred
