Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in bancassurance or financial sales management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and banking operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Experience in team development and performance management
- Relevant certifications in insurance or financial services preferred
