Tanggung Jawab
- Actively solicit business from new and existing clients to achieve profitability targets
- Promote and sell bancassurance products to bank customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid license to sell insurance products in the Philippines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
