Tanggung Jawab
- Actively solicit and sell bancassurance products to bank clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and inactive clients to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis and product presentations to educate clients on insurance benefits.
- Coordinate with bank officers and branch personnel to facilitate the sales process effectively.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into policyholders through persuasive communication.
- Document client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date sales records.
- Adhere to company compliance standards and regulatory requirements during all sales activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, financial services, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Willingness to undergo additional training and product certification programs.
