Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and solicit new business leads within the assigned banking partner network.
- Re-engage inactive clients to cross-sell or upsell relevant insurance products.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate COCOGEN insurance solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales production targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional relationship management with bank branch staff and clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and activity logs to the management team.
- Attend regular product knowledge training and sales strategy workshops to stay updated on industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office suite).
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate/banking environment.
