Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and achieve bancassurance sales targets within assigned bank branches in the Klang Valley.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong professional relationships with branch managers, relationship managers, and bank staff.
- Provide regular product training and sales coaching to bank partners to ensure effective product positioning.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement actionable strategies to close business gaps.
- Conduct regular sales briefings and participate in joint-sales activities to support the partner network.
- Ensure compliance with all internal insurance policies and regulatory requirements set by Bank Negara Malaysia.
- Execute localized marketing and sales campaigns to boost product visibility and lead conversion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Wealth Management, or Business Development within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and banking distribution models.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term professional rapport.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
