Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and expand bancassurance distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business partners and bank managers.
- Identify new business opportunities within partner institutions to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product integration and support for partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular training sessions and product briefings for bank staff to enhance sales capabilities.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or bancassurance within the insurance sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Klang Valley.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
