MSIG Life is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bancassurance Consultant to join our growing team in Buleleng, Bali. As a key player in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for selling MSIG Life's comprehensive financial protection and investment products to bank customers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the financial well-being of clients. We are looking for individuals with a high level of motivation and a strong sales orientation to help us expand our presence in the market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct sales presentations and product briefings to customers at partner banks.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable bancassurance products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Process insurance applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and policy management support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, specifically within the bancassurance or banking industry.
- High level of motivation, drive, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver's License (Required for field mobility in Bali).
- Strong ethical standards and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
