MSIG Life is looking for a dedicated Bancassurance Consultant to join our high-performing team in Karawang. In this role, you will act as a bridge between MSIG Life and our banking partners, providing expert insurance consultations to help clients secure their financial future.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining long-term partnerships with bank staff and clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with branch managers and banking staff to ensure smooth lead generation.
- Provide comprehensive financial consultations to bank customers regarding life insurance and protection products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for insurance products within the assigned banking branch.
- Develop a pipeline of potential customers through proactive networking and existing bank database utilization.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, banking regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports and conduct presentations to potential clients effectively.
- Continuously keep up-to-date with market trends and new product knowledge to provide accurate advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) from any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience in insurance or banking is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Residing in or willing to be stationed in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
