Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with bank partners and branch staff.
- Provide expert financial consultation to bank clients regarding life insurance and protection products.
- Analyze customer financial profiles to recommend suitable insurance solutions that meet their long-term objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Conduct regular product presentations and educational sessions for bank staff to enhance synergy.
- Ensure all sales and administrative processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, insurance, or related financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging targets.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Familiarity with the local market in Pandeglang is considered a significant advantage.
