- Develop and implement effective bancassurance marketing strategies for Sun Life Indonesia products
- Manage and nurture relationships with partner banking institutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bancassurance channel
- Train bank staff on Sun Life products and sales techniques
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product positioning
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery to customers
- Prepare regular reports on market activities and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services
- Strong understanding of insurance products and financial planning concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
