Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven sales experience in financial services or insurance
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Valid insurance certification (AISI or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Resident or willing to relocate to Pekanbaru
