Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to bank clients to effectively promote AXA's bancassurance products.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients to ensure repeat business and client retention.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into active policyholders through persuasive communication.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, including policy reviews and claims assistance, to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, AXA product features, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, or Sales-related fields are preferred).
- Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidence, optimism, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site at partner banks in Dumaguete City.
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation is an advantage.
