- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Promote and sell AXA's bancassurance products (insurance, investments, pensions)
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for bank clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Collaborate with bank partners to enhance service delivery
- Stay updated on industry regulations and product innovations
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years sales experience (financial services preferred)
- Valid insurance sales license or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in English and Filipino
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor with client-focused mindset
