Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and high-net-worth clients
- Deliver personalized financial advice and recommend suitable insurance products
- Exceed sales targets through strategic client acquisition and retention
- Conduct product training sessions for bank partner staff
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in insurance or financial services
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid life insurance license (SEC/PESO certified)
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
- Fluent in English and Cebuano/Visayan dialects
