Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain bancassurance partnerships with banking institutions to drive cross-selling initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable insurance and investment products
- Exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and relationship management
- Deliver product demonstrations and educational workshops on financial planning solutions
- Collaborate with credit and banking partners to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in bancassurance, financial sales, or insurance
- Valid PRC license (e.g., Life Insurance Agent License) or willingness to obtain
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Proven track record in sales target achievement and client relationship building
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
