Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell AIA life insurance products to bank customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners
- Conduct needs-based financial consultations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide product training to bank staff
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare accurate sales documentation and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years sales experience in financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with proven sales achievement
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Resident of Banten preferred
- Ability to work independently and in teams
