Tanggung Jawab
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and branch networks
- Conduct product presentations and sales consultations for bank customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective bancassurance strategies
- Complete insurance applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through ongoing relationship management
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience in banking/insurance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with proven sales achievements
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial planning
- Valid Indonesian work permit and willingness to travel within Denpasar
