Tanggung Jawab
- Sell life insurance and investment products through bank channels in Gresik
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and clients
- Conduct product presentations and training for bank staff
- Exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide personalized financial advice to clients
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records
- Stay updated on industry regulations and product innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
