Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance sales initiatives
- Conduct product presentations and training for bank staff on AIA's insurance solutions
- Analyze customer financial profiles to recommend appropriate life insurance and investment products
- Exceed monthly sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Prepare detailed sales reports and documentation for compliance and performance tracking
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client rapport
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Valid Indonesian insurance certification (e.g., CIP, LIAJ) or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for client interactions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
