Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banking partners and branch staff.
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients within the branch to promote life insurance products.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to provide tailored insurance solutions to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure high customer retention.
- Participate in branch activities, events, and training sessions to boost product awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
