Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with bank customers at partner branch offices.
- Provide expert financial advice and professional consultation regarding AIA life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to ensure seamless collaboration and lead referral processes.
- Conduct professional presentations and financial needs analyses for prospective clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional after-sales support and ongoing portfolio management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is a distinct advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work professionally in a banking environment and adapt to corporate standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Willing to be assigned in Pasuruan, East Java.
