Tanggung Jawab
- Market and sell Panin Dai-Ichi Life insurance products to Panin Bank customers through in-branch consultations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate product referrals and joint sales initiatives
- Conduct product knowledge training for bank partners to ensure accurate customer information dissemination
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions (life, health, investment-linked products)
- Prepare and submit sales reports, client documentation, and performance metrics to management
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product updates, and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client rapport
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve sales objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
- Valid driver's license (for potential client visits and branch coordination)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required for sales events
