- Market and sell Panin Dai-Ichi Life insurance products to Panin Bank customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Good presentation skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
