Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell life insurance products to Panin Bank customers through in-branch consultations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and branch management
- Conduct product presentations and educational sessions for potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation for compliance
- Stay updated on product features and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- 1+ years of sales or insurance experience beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation
