Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of life insurance and investment-linked products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with banking partners and high-net-worth clients
- Valid PRC license in insurance sales (preference for bancassurance certification)
