Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within our partner bank branches.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis for potential clients to recommend appropriate insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch personnel to foster a collaborative sales environment.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly production targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to ensure policy persistency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular product presentations and financial literacy seminars for bank clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines are an advantage).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Must be willing to be assigned at the Ortigas Ave, Taytay branch.
