Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with bank clients to promote insurance solutions.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and tailor insurance products to meet individual client needs and life goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with bank branch personnel to foster a collaborative sales environment.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct financial reviews and product presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulatory standards during the sales process.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of proven working experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
