Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell bancassurance products (life insurance, health plans, investment-linked products) to bank customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and branch staff
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct product presentations and financial need analysis for clients
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in financial services, insurance, or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license (for client visits)
- Willingness to work in Libis, Quezon City
