Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell bancassurance products to bank customers and walk-in clients
- Conduct financial needs analysis and product presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Process applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing customer support and policy servicing
- Participate in product training and sales workshops
- Generate sales reports and maintain client records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Filipino
- Basic knowledge of insurance and investment products
- Willingness to work in Balanga, Bataan
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet targets
