Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential customers within BPI branches to promote bancassurance products
- Conduct financial needs analysis and present customized insurance/investment solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and clients
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Must be willing to work in Pasig City during regular business hours
