Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance product sales
- Present and explain financial products (life insurance, investments, retirement plans) to bank customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct client needs analysis to recommend tailored financial solutions
- Complete all necessary documentation and compliance requirements
- Participate in regular training sessions to update product knowledge
- Generate sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Finance, Economics preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid NBI clearance and willingness to undergo background checks
- Professional demeanor and ethical standards
- Basic understanding of financial products is an advantage
