- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with bank branches in Padang region
- Promote and cross-sell insurance products to existing bank customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Conduct product training and workshops for bank partners
- Provide professional consultation to customers on insurance solutions
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in bancassurance or insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to build relationships with banking professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
