Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive bancassurance sales
- Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers through effective consultations
- Explain complex insurance policies and financial products in simple, understandable terms
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven sales abilities
- Ability to understand and explain complex financial products
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid S-1 certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
