Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, banking, or insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English preferred
