Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote IFG Life insurance products through bank partner networks.
  • Conduct regular product presentations and financial counseling sessions for bank customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with bank officers and clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, and closing deals.
  • Assist clients through the application and underwriting process to ensure smooth policy issuance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance, banking, or financial services sector.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to partner locations within Kalimantan Selatan.
