Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive insurance product sales
- Promote IFG Life Insurance products to bank customers through effective presentations and consultations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned bank branches
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries regarding insurance products
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to bank partners
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain complex insurance products simply
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to bank locations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
