- Market bancassurance products (individual insurance) to Bank BNI branch customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Bank BNI staff and customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs for bancassurance products
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Provide tailored insurance solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in regular product training and sales workshops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with proven sales track record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Indonesian insurance certification (Certification will be provided)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
