Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with bank partners to distribute insurance products
- Train and coach bank staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Drive bancassurance sales to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines
- Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence, and performance analysis
- Provide prompt and effective resolution to client and partner inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to be based in Jayapura, Papua
- Knowledge of the local market in Papua is an advantage
