Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned bank partners in the Jombang region.
- Drive the sales of life insurance products through banking channels by achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank branch staff to enhance their selling skills.
- Assist bank staff in identifying client needs and recommending suitable PFI Mega Life insurance products.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and policy retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market feedback, and performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably in bancassurance, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and the retail banking industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Willing to be placed in Jombang, East Java, and hold a valid SIM A or SIM C driving license.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
