IFG Life Insurance is seeking a passionate and driven Bancassurance Specialist to join our expanding team in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. This is a unique opportunity to combine your sales expertise with financial security, helping families in Solo and the surrounding region protect their assets.
As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will operate primarily within partner banking institutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve interacting with bank clients, assessing their life insurance needs, and recommending tailored solutions that align with their financial goals. You will serve as a key bridge between the bank and IFG, ensuring a seamless customer experience from product awareness to policy issuance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting engaging product presentations and demonstrations to bank clients to explain insurance benefits and features.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned partner bank branches.
- Managing client relationships to ensure high retention rates and policy renewals.
- Collaborating closely with bank officers to cross-sell insurance products alongside banking services.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and processing of all sales applications and documentation.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Providing excellent after-sales service and policy servicing support to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in any field, with a preference for Business, Finance, or Economics majors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or bancassurance sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license is a strong advantage for traveling to partner branches.
- Strong ethical standards and a customer-centric approach.
