Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned BNI branch to offer Bancassurance products.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch personnel to optimize lead generation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for individual insurance products.
- Provide comprehensive education and policy explanations to customers to ensure product understanding.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the post-sales process.
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in insurance or banking sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to be placed in various BNI branches across Jakarta Selatan, Tangerang, or Bogor.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
