We are currently partnering with an established global bank in Singapore to hire a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Officer for a 12-month contract opportunity. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless digital and physical transition for high-net-worth clients into the bank's Wealth Management ecosystem.
As a Client Onboarding Officer, you will be the bridge between front-end relationship managers and back-end compliance teams. You will handle sensitive documentation, verify client credentials, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met with precision. This position offers excellent exposure to private banking processes and provides a robust foundation for professionals aspiring to grow within the financial services industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end client onboarding activities, including document collection, verification, and KYC/AML screening.
- Ensure compliance with internal bank policies and MAS regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure accurate and timely account opening.
- Maintain high data integrity within the bank's CRM and onboarding platforms.
- Act as the point of contact for resolving onboarding-related queries and issues.
- Review and process complex account opening documentation for high-net-worth individuals.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, client onboarding, or KYC/AML roles.
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and wealth management product structures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and internal banking software.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
